7. Credits and Payments

Free Credits

New users may receive promotional free credits. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional credits at any time.

Paid Credits

Credits are non-transferable
Credits have no cash value
Credits may not be resold
Credits are subject to these Terms

Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe and other authorized payment providers.

SnapImage does not store complete credit card or debit card information on its servers.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and instant credit delivery, purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be reviewed in cases involving:

Duplicate charges
